• EAD (Green card work permit) and AP (Advance parole) are included with the i-485 application package.
• Service fee includes:
  • Application preparation and data validations for 1 person.
  • Expert human review.
  • All documents printed for sending to USCIS.
  • Paper Photo printing (if required). You upload (or send by email) a passport-size photo on our website and we take care of printing.
  • One way USPS mail to USCIS official address.
  • One-time consultation (15-30 minutes).
  • Free USCIS RFE (request for evidence) help.
    • If USCIS sends an RFE for your case filed by us, we will help respond to the RFE free of cost.
  • The USCIS application fee is NOT included
    • Pay the USCIS fee by Zelle/Bank transfer to us and then we will send a check to USCIS on your behalf.
    • Or Send a personal check/money order to us by mail and we will include it in the application package.
    • We do not accept credit/debit cards for USCIS fees.
• Privacy and security
  • All your documents are handled and stored on secure servers.
  • All your documents are deleted (if you want to) as soon as your application is mailed to USCIS.
  • Your documents and data are saved for future reference only if you agree to save them.
• If Opted for Non-Attorney Immigration Expert (Not a lawyer and not a legal service provider):
  • Review and file your USA application within 5-48 hours with USCIS after you have paid the full fee and submitted all required documents.
  • Excludes US federal holidays and weekends.
